Elizabeth A. O’Brien
Elizabeth A. O’Brien, a Sacramento native, earned her Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctorate degrees from Santa Clara University in 1984 and 1987, respectively. Since being admitted to the California State Bar in December 1987, she has practiced tort litigation, on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, focusing on premises and products liability, automobile collisions and employment discrimination and harassment. Ms. O’Brien also spent six years with the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office where she prosecuted consumer fraud and unfair competition actions with respect to automotive and telemarketing fraud, violation of health and safety standards and false advertising.
